How fast do prescriptions get filled?

Most e-prescriptions are reviewed within the same business day (Mon–Fri). We ship USPS Ground Advantage, so patients typically receive their medication 2–5 business days after filling.

Do you need insurance information?

No. PostScript is a cash-pay pharmacy. Your patient pays our published flat rate — no copay coordination, no prior auth, no step therapy.

Can I send a refill to PostScript mid-cycle?

Yes. Send us a new prescription anytime; our pharmacist will coordinate with the patient on their current supply.

Can patients reach Don directly?

Yes. The pharmacy line is (603) 788-2265 and goes straight to Don during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5 ET). After hours, leave a message and he’ll call back.
